Most businesses I talk to don't need another big software subscription. They need one or two things that stop the same jobs being done by hand every week.
I'm one person, so you deal with me from the first call to the handoff. I take on a few projects at a time so each one gets proper attention. If a custom build isn't right for you, I'll say so on the first call.

Who do you usually work with?
Any business with a process that's costing it time or money, starting with equipment dealers and repair shops. Usually the owner or operations manager, in a business where a lot of work still runs on spreadsheets, paper, or people chasing things by hand.
What kind of projects are you a good fit for?
Work that's too specific to your business for an off-the-shelf app: approval steps, your own pricing rules, warranty or compliance paperwork, customer portals, or getting two systems that don't talk to each other to share data. If you've tried a few software subscriptions and ended up back in a spreadsheet, that's usually a good sign we can help.
Can you build something that isn't on this page?
Yes. Everything on this page is an example. If a problem in your business can be solved with software, we can build it. Tell me the problem on the call and I'll tell you honestly if it's worth fixing.
How long does it take?
Smaller, focused tools usually take 1 to 2 weeks from the first call to handoff. The more complex the system, the longer it takes, so larger, higher-priced builds take more time. You get a realistic timeline in writing before you pay anything.
Do I really own it?
Yes. The code goes into your own account, runs on your own hosting and domain, and the data is yours. There's no lock-in, no per-user fees and no licence that runs out. If you ever want someone else to look after it, you can hand the code and documentation to any developer and they can pick it up straight away.
What if what we need changes during the build?
You see working previews throughout, so most "we also need…" moments get spotted early and handled as part of the build. If something is genuinely new, I'll quote it separately and you decide whether to add it. Nothing is ever added to your bill without you agreeing first.
What about support after it's finished?
It's up to you. You can have me look after it on a simple monthly plan, hand it to your own team, or I can walk another developer through it. You don't need to pay anything ongoing to keep it running, apart from hosting.
Does it work with our current system?
Often, yes. It can connect to what you already use or replace a spreadsheet. We check on the first call.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. The 20–40 minute call is free, and so is the mockup on the second call. You only pay if you decide to go ahead with the build.
